He has started his journey with a strong academic background, having completed his Advanced Level studies at Central College, Homagama, and pursued Chartered Accountancy at CA Sri Lanka, reaching finalist level. He has gained hands-on experience during a four-year training period at Ranwatta & Co., Chartered Accountants, working on audits for clients in sectors such as banking, trading, manufacturing, transportation, and non-profits.

Nadeeka has began his professional career at Wear Well Distributors (Pvt) Ltd as an Internal Auditor, followed by a leadership role as Head of Finance at F & G Real Estate Company Trust. Since 2012, he had been with AGS Associates, progressing from Manager to Director – Audit & Assurance, and said that he continued to grow professionally while helping clients navigate today’s complex financial landscape.
