Nalaka is renowned for his strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational efficiency.

Nalaka’s contributions to the field extend beyond his corporate roles. He has served as a panel member for the Best Annual Report Competition at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka and as a lecturer in Strategic Management.
